Anti-Spam Policy
This policy explains the rules for email sending through Gadura and how we protect recipients, creators, and platform deliverability.

This Anti-Spam Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Gadura Terms of Service. By using Gadura’s email tools, you agree to follow this policy.
1. Consent Required
You may only send emails to recipients who have opted in or otherwise provided valid consent or lawful basis under applicable law.
2. Prohibited Lists
You may not use:
- purchased or rented email lists,
- scraped or harvested addresses,
- mass cold-email blasts without valid consent.
3. Required Practices
You must:
- identify yourself and your business truthfully,
- use accurate headers and subject lines,
- include a working unsubscribe mechanism in marketing emails,
- honor opt-outs promptly and maintain suppression lists,
- avoid practices that cause high complaints, bounces, or spam-trap hits.
4. Prohibited Email Content
Emails may not contain deceptive, fraudulent, phishing, malware, illegal activity, or content that otherwise violates the Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
5. Deliverability Protection
To protect users and platform reputation, we may monitor indicators such as bounce rates, complaint rates, unsubscribe behavior, spam-trap hits, list imports, and volume spikes, and may take action where necessary.
6. Enforcement (No Notice)
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict content, limit or pause email sending, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if necessary to:
- enforce our Terms or Policies,
- comply with law or authority requests,
- protect users or the public,
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks,
- protect the integrity and deliverability of the platform.
