Acceptable Use & Content Policy
This policy explains what you can and cannot do when using Gadura, and how we handle abuse, illegal activity, and harmful content.

This Acceptable Use & Content Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Gadura Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to follow this policy.
1. General Rule
You may not use Gadura in a way that violates law, harms others, threatens platform stability or security, or undermines deliverability or the reputation of the Services.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not create, upload, host, distribute, sell, or promote content that is:
- illegal or facilitates illegal activity,
- fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, or scam-related,
- related to exploitation of others,
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors (zero tolerance),
- inciting violence, credible threats, terrorism, or extremist violence,
- hateful or harassing toward protected groups; targeted harassment, bullying, or doxxing,
- obscene or unlawfully pornographic; non-consensual intimate imagery,
- infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.
3. Prohibited Activities (Security / Platform Abuse)
- no malware or malicious code,
- no unauthorized access or account compromise,
- no reverse engineering (except where permitted by law),
- no scraping or automated harvesting without permission,
- no bypassing limits, quotas, or safeguards,
- no actions that disrupt, degrade, or overload the Services.
4. Sales, Claims, and Consumer Protection
You are responsible for accurate product descriptions, lawful marketing claims, and required disclosures. Deceptive, misleading, or unsupported claims — especially about income, health, or guaranteed results — are not allowed.
5. Communities
If you run a community, you must publish clear rules and moderate reasonably. You should address harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, and other harmful behavior.
6. Enforcement (No Notice)
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict content, limit or pause email sending, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if necessary to:
- enforce our Terms or Policies,
- comply with law or valid authority requests,
- protect users, the public, or the platform,
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats,
- protect deliverability and the reputation of the Services.
