Choosing a theme

Create → Website shows the themes: Minimalist, Earth, Chalk, Gallery, Forge, Bloom and Ola's Kitchen, plus Blank Canvas for building from scratch. Preview one, then press Use theme. It sets up your Home, About, Services, Pricing, Contact, Terms and Privacy pages with the theme's designs. If those pages already have content, your current versions are saved to each page's history first, and pages you added yourself are not touched.

Colours, fonts and buttons

Press Customise on your current theme to adjust it: Colours, Typography, Buttons, and Layout & Spacing. The preview beside the settings shows the change as you make it, and Save Changes puts it on your live site. Moving to another theme later brings back that theme's own fonts, buttons and spacing.

Logo and favicon

Create → Website → Settings → Branding: a logo in PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG up to 2 MB, and a favicon in PNG or ICO up to 500 KB.

Keep it simple

Two or three colours, strong contrast between words and background, and a look at the site on a phone.
