These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gadura, operated by Gadura Limited Liability Company ("Gadura", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Gadura

Gadura is a platform that enables creators ("Creators") to build and monetise online businesses through courses, digital products, marketing funnels, email campaigns, and private communities ("Spheres"). We provide the tools and infrastructure; Creators are responsible for the content they publish and sell.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Gadura. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases, sell products, or enter into paid subscriptions.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for account activity
• Notify us of unauthorised access

3. Creator Content Disclaimer

Gadura hosts content created by independent Creators. We do not verify or guarantee accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of Creator content.

When you purchase from a Creator:

• You transact directly with the Creator
• The Creator is responsible for delivery and refunds
• Gadura is not a party to Creator transactions

4. Community Membership (Spheres)

Communities may be free, paid, or private.

Member Conduct

• Respect other members
• No harassment, abuse, spam, or illegal activity
• No impersonation or disruptive behaviour
• No access circumvention or credential sharing

Creators may remove members at their discretion. Gadura may suspend accounts that violate platform rules.

5. Communication Features

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Creators may access messages for moderation. Do not share sensitive personal information.

You agree to receive transactional and platform-related emails and notifications.

6. Points, Badges, and Gamification

Points, levels, streaks, and badges have no monetary value and may be modified or removed at any time.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Gadura a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and distribute content necessary to operate the platform.

Content must comply with applicable laws and not infringe third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use

• No fraud, phishing, or deception
• No hate speech or harassment
• No scraping or automated abuse
• No unauthorised system access
• No platform interference

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Gadura does not store card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are controlled by Creators according to their policies.

10. Creator Responsibilities

• Publish accurate content
• Deliver promised services
• Comply with advertising and consumer law
• Handle customer disputes
• Moderate communities

11. Affiliate Programs

Gadura provides tracking tools only. Creators handle affiliate payments directly.

12. Third-Party Services

Integrations are subject to third-party terms. Gadura is not responsible for external service outages or behaviour.

13. Intellectual Property

Gadura branding, software, and infrastructure are protected intellectual property. You may not copy or reverse engineer platform systems.

14. Data and Privacy

Personal data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. Creators are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws.

15. Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the greater of £100 or fees paid in the previous 12 months.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gadura against claims arising from your content, conduct, or violations of these Terms.

18. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to exclusive court jurisdiction.

19. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violations, fraud, or non-payment. Some content may persist after deletion where community interactions exist.

20. General Provisions

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Gadura.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
