Understanding Your Plan

Gadura has three plans: Starter, Pro and Elite. Every plan includes the full set of tools. What changes is capacity: how many courses, communities, contacts and team seats you can run.

What each plan includes

Starter

• 5 course studios
• 2 Spheres, up to 100 members each
• 1,000 contacts
• Owner + 2 team seats

Pro

• 25 course studios
• 3 Spheres, up to 500 members each
• 15,000 contacts
• Owner + 10 team seats
• Affiliate programme

Elite

• 50 course studios
• 5 Spheres, unlimited members
• 50,000 contacts
• Owner + 15 team seats
• Affiliate programme

List prices are 79, 149 and 299 US dollars a month. Yearly billing is ten months for the price of twelve. Settings → Billing shows the exact price in your billing currency.

What counts towards your limits

• Contacts: community-only members are free and never count. Someone counts once they become a subscriber, a student or a buyer.
• Team seats: seats are the people you invite. You, the owner, never use one.
• Sphere members: the member cap applies to each Sphere separately.

When you reach a limit, Gadura tells you at the moment you would go over it and offers the next plan up. Nothing you have already created is removed.

Fees

Gadura takes no cut of your sales. You pay your plan, and what your customers pay you is yours. Stripe's own card-processing fees apply, as on any platform, and payouts go to your bank through your own Stripe account.

Pause Mode

Stepping away for a while? Settings → Billing lets you pause. A small monthly keeper fee, 15 US dollars or the equivalent in your billing currency, replaces your plan. Your buyers keep what they bought, subscriber billing pauses, and everything is kept safe until you return.

Changing plans

Settings → Billing shows your usage against your plan and lets you move up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately, and Stripe shows the exact prorated amount before you confirm.
