Your password

Gadura signs you in with your email and password. To set a new password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We email you a link that opens a page to choose a new one. The link is single-use and expires.

Security alerts

Settings → Notifications lists your email preferences. Security alerts about sign-in attempts and account changes are always on and cannot be switched off.

Sensitive changes

Some actions ask you to confirm your password again before they proceed. That is deliberate.

Your sign-in email

Your sign-in email is not changed from Settings. If you have lost access to it, Gadura Support can move your account to a new address after verifying it is you; see "How do I change my email or password?".

Team members

People you invite under Settings → Team sign in with their own accounts and only see what their role allows. Remove a seat there when someone leaves.

Good habits

• Use a password you use nowhere else.
• Keep the email you sign in with secure, since password resets go there.
• Review your team seats now and again.
