Understanding Your Numbers

Updated 5 September 2026

Gadura shows your numbers in three places. Each answers a different question.

Home: what happened

Home is a daily view, not a dashboard of totals. It tells you about sales and new people since you last looked, and points at the one thing worth doing next.

Insights → Analytics: how things are performing

The Analytics Report shows your business at a glance for a period you choose, with a Compare view against the previous period, and Print and Export. From here you reach:

  • Funnel Conversions: views, conversions and drop-off for each funnel step.
  • Form Analytics: where leads come from and what they submit.

Insights → Sales: the money

Every transaction, filtered by all, completed, pending or refunded, in the currency it was paid in.

Email numbers

Email Studio has its own Analytics: sends, opens, clicks and unsubscribes per email and per series.

What good looks like

These are general benchmarks, not Gadura rules:

  • Lead magnet funnels: 20 to 40 percent of visitors opting in is strong.
  • Sales funnels: 1 to 5 percent buying is typical.
  • Email open rate: 20 to 25 percent is the industry average; click rate 2 to 5 percent.
  • Unsubscribes: under half a percent per email. Higher usually means the content did not match what people signed up for.
