Quick answers

Connecting Stripe

Stripe is how you accept payments and get paid. Gadura connects to your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the first sale.

Steps to connect

  1. Go to Sell → Payments (you will also find it under Settings → Payments).
  2. Choose Connect with Stripe.
  3. Complete Stripe's onboarding: business details, identity, and the bank account for payouts.
  4. When Stripe returns you to Gadura, you are ready to sell.

Your default currency

The same page sets the currency your offers are priced in. Choose it before you create offers.

Getting paid

Stripe pays your bank on its own schedule, usually within a few days of a sale depending on your country and account age. Refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.

If something goes wrong

Message us from the Help launcher and say where Stripe stopped. A person reads every message.
