Creating an Email Series

An Email Series is a set of emails sent on a schedule after someone is added to it: welcomes, email courses, nurture.

Creating one

1. Go to Email Studio → Email Series and choose New series.
2. Name it and add a note to yourself.
3. Add emails. For each, set the wait after the previous email in days, hours or minutes, and write it in the builder.
4. In Sequence Settings, choose the send time, your time zone, and whether emails go on weekends.
5. Activate. Activating publishes the series' emails so they can send.

Who enters

Add people with a Trigger (for example, someone joins your list) or from an automation's Add to Sequence step.

Watching it

Each series shows subscribed, active, completed and unsubscribed counts, opens, clicks, and revenue per subscriber.

Reordering

Drag emails to change the order; each email keeps its own wait time. People already in the series continue from where they are.
