On Partnerships → Affiliate Programme, choose Invite Affiliate Partner.

Partner details

• Name, for your records.
• Email: they receive the invitation and their link.
• Specific course (optional): tags the partner with a course so you can see who promotes what. Their link still works for any purchase.

What happens next

1. A unique affiliate code is created for them.
2. If auto-approve is off, they show as Pending until you approve them.
3. Their link is your site address with ?ref= and their code, for example https://your-site.gadura.site/?ref=their-code.

• Contacts imported via CSV
• Contacts added manually
• Email lists from other platforms

Why This Rule?

Milestones celebrate creators who build real audiences on Gadura. Importing 10,000 emails doesn't demonstrate the same achievement as growing 10,000 students through your content.

When inviting

1. Choose Invite Affiliate Partner.
2. Enter the name and email.
3. Under the course field, pick a course, or leave it as all courses.

What it does

• The partner's row shows the course.
• You can see at a glance which partners promote which products.

What it does not do

It does not restrict the link. A partner's link works for any purchase on your site, and every sale is attributed and commissioned the same way.

Yes. Open Partnerships → Affiliate Programme and edit the programme settings.

What you can change

• Commission: the percentage of each sale a partner earns.
• Recurring commission and the number of months it runs on subscriptions.
• Cookie window: how long after a click a purchase counts.
• Auto-approve for new partners.
• Programme status: active or paused.

What a change affects

New sales are calculated at the new rate. Commission already recorded on earlier sales is not recalculated.

Paying partners

Gadura calculates commission from real sales and shows it per currency. You pay your partners yourself, by whatever method you agree with them.
