Course Studio: The Complete Reference

Where

Create → Course Studio lists your courses with status and sort filters. New Studio creates one. Plan limits: 5 courses on Starter, 25 on Pro, 50 on Elite.

The builder

The left side holds the curriculum: modules, and lessons inside them. The centre is the editor for the selected lesson. The header holds Preview, View as student, Save, and the panels: Students, Assessments, Analytics, Coupons, Templates.

A lesson can be marked as a free preview so visitors can watch it before buying.

Video allowance

Your library holds 10 hours of video on Starter, 50 on Pro and 100 on Elite. Accepted formats include MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV. Processing takes a few minutes after upload.

Drip

Per module: available immediately, a number of days after enrolment, on a specific date, or after the previous module is completed. The drip timeline shows when each module unlocks.

Settings

• General: title, description, slug, status (Draft or Published), estimated duration, cover, thumbnail.
• Branding: the look of the course pages.
• Landing: what students will learn, and FAQs.
• Pricing: the linked offer, or free enrolment.
• Features: completion certificate, lesson discussions.

Panels

• Students: total students, average progress, and each student's completion.
• Assessments: quiz attempts and assignment submissions; grade assignments out of 100 with feedback.
• Analytics: active students in the last 7 days, average progress, quiz attempts, average score, pass rate, score distribution, performance by lesson.
• Coupons & Discounts: quick percentage codes for this course; full coupon options live on the offer.
• Templates: start from a template, or Save as Template to reuse your structure.

Create with Gadura is the Course Producer: a conversation about what you teach and who it is for, a Course Plan you approve, then the modules, lessons and a full first draft written into this builder for you to review and edit. Start it from Create in the menu; a course already in conversation shows the way back on its card.

Certificates

Turn on the completion certificate under Features. Students who complete the course receive a certificate with their name, the course, the completion date and a certificate number, and a verification link anyone can check.

SCORM

Export as SCORM produces a package in SCORM 1.2 or 2004 for use in another learning system, with completion reporting and progress tracking.

Selling

A course is sold through an offer under Sell → Offers & Checkout: one-time, subscription, payment plan or free. Buyers reach the course in the member portal. You can also enrol someone yourself from Audience → Contacts by opening the contact and choosing the course.
