Why haven't I received my money?
Updated 5 September 2026
How you get paid
- The customer pays on your checkout page.
- The payment lands on your own Stripe account. Gadura never holds your money.
- Stripe holds new funds briefly, as it does for every business.
- Stripe transfers to your bank on your payout schedule.
Stripe's payout timing
- Most countries: within a few business days once your account is established.
- New accounts: the first payout takes longer, often one to two weeks, while Stripe verifies you.
Check your schedule in your Stripe dashboard under Settings → Payouts.
Why funds can be delayed
- A new Stripe account: verification is still running.
- A risk review: unusually large or unusual payments can be held.
- Bank details: confirm the account in Stripe is right.
- A refund or dispute: funds are held until it settles.
Checking your sales in Gadura
Insights → Sales shows every completed, pending and refunded sale.
What Gadura charges
Nothing per sale. You pay your plan and Stripe's processing fee.
Still stuck
- No sales showing: check Stripe is connected under Sell → Payments and the offer is published with a price.
- Sales in Stripe but no payout: look for an alert or action required in your Stripe dashboard. Stripe support handles payout questions directly.
