What is Bookings?

Bookings is where you sell your time. It holds your services, your hours, the people who deliver them, the places and rooms they need, and a calendar of appointments. Find it in the sidebar under Bookings.

The pieces

• Services: what someone can book. Each has a length, a way it happens, a price and its own booking rules.
• Availability: the opening hours of your places, days off and exceptions, and Check a day.
• Staff, Locations and Resources: the people, places, rooms and equipment an appointment needs. Solo video or phone services need no rooms or items.
• Calendar and Appointments: everything booked, with the tools to move or cancel.
• Customers: the people you have booked, matched to your Contacts by email.
• Settings: calendar connections to Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar.

What Bookings does not do yet

There is no public booking page and no payment at the point of booking. You create appointments yourself from Appointments → New appointment, and the price on a service is recorded on each booking, not collected. To take money for a session, sell it as an offer in Sell → Offers and book the time in Bookings once paid.
