Getting Started with Spheres
Updated 5 September 2026
A Sphere is your community on Gadura: a private space where your members talk, share moments, meet at events, and reach the resources and courses you give them.
Creating your first Sphere
- Go to Create → Spheres and choose New Sphere. The page shows how many Sphere slots your plan has left.
- Name it and describe what it is about.
- Choose the access type: Public, Private (people ask to join and you approve), or Paid (access comes with an offer).
- Decide whether members can start threads and upload attachments, and whether gamification is on.
- Create it. You land in the Lounge, your view of the community.
What is inside
- Moments: short posts with photos or video.
- Threads: longer discussions, with reactions and mentions.
- Events: live sessions with RSVPs and a replay link afterwards.
- Resources: files and links, organised by category.
- Courses: courses you attach so members reach them from the Sphere.
- Direct messages: private conversations, with consent on both sides.
Running it
From the Sphere you reach Analytics, Events, Resources and the moderation centre for reports and word filters. Copy invite link gives you a link to share anywhere.
Member limits
Each Sphere holds up to 100 members on Starter, 500 on Pro, and unlimited on Elite.
Good habits
Pin a welcome thread with your guidelines, post something yourself most days, reply to members by name, and put an event in the calendar so people have a reason to return.
Did this answer it? If not, write to support@gadura.com and a person replies within one business day.
