Offers: The Complete Reference

Updated 5 September 2026

Offers are what you sell. This guide covers every part of them.

Where

Sell → Offers & Checkout. The list has two tabs: All Offers and Coupons.

Creating an offer

  1. New Offer: title, description, hero image.
  2. What it unlocks: a course from Course Studio, a community from Spheres, or both.
  3. Pricing Tiers: one or more tiers, each with a name, a price in a currency, and a billing choice.
  4. Checkout page: testimonials, FAQs, coupon codes, order bumps, an upsell offer, your checkout logo, billing address collection, and the access button on the thank-you page.
  5. Publish. Preview opens the live checkout page.

Pricing in detail

One-time: a single charge. Access continues.

Monthly or yearly: recurring billing. Access continues while the subscription is active. You can add a free trial period in days.

Payment plan: a total split into a fixed number of instalments, charged automatically on the billing cycle you choose. The first instalment is taken at checkout.

Pay what you want: the buyer chooses the amount, above a minimum you set, with a suggested amount shown.

Free: enter 0. The buyer still goes through checkout and receives access and emails.

Each tier has its own currency. Your default comes from Sell → Payments.

Coupons

Under the Coupons tab or in the offer's Coupon Codes section:

  1. New Coupon: a code such as SUMMER20 and a name for your own records.
  2. Choose a percentage or a fixed amount off.
  3. Optionally set an expiry date and a maximum number of uses.

Customers enter the code at checkout through the "Have a coupon?" link.

The checkout page

Every offer has its own checkout page; Preview opens it. Your brand colours and fonts from Settings → Brand apply automatically. Buyers who tick the reminder box and do not complete their order receive one reminder email.

After a purchase

  1. Stripe takes the payment on your own Stripe account.
  2. The buyer gets access immediately and a confirmation email.
  3. You are notified, and the contact is tagged as a customer.
  4. The sale appears in Insights → Sales.

Buyers use the member portal to reach what they bought.

Refunds and failed payments

Refunds are issued in your Stripe dashboard and appear in Insights → Sales. If a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries it and Gadura emails the buyer. Stripe's processing fee on a refunded payment is not returned by Stripe.

Troubleshooting

  • Purchase not going through: check Stripe is connected under Sell → Payments and the offer is published.
  • Buyer cannot find their purchase: they sign in to the member portal with the email they bought with.
  • Wrong price showing: check the tier and whether a coupon was applied.
  • Coupon not working: check spelling, expiry and the maximum uses.
