Creating an Offer
Updated 5 September 2026
An offer is how you sell something: the price, the terms and the checkout page. What you deliver is a course or a community; the offer wraps it.
Creating one
- Go to Sell → Offers & Checkout and choose New Offer.
- Give it a title and a description a stranger would understand.
- Choose what it unlocks: a course, a community, or both.
- Set the pricing tiers.
- Add the checkout extras you want, then publish.
Pricing tiers
An offer can have several tiers, each with its own price and currency. For each tier you choose:
- One-time payment, or monthly or yearly billing.
- A free trial period in days, for recurring tiers.
- A payment plan: a total split into a set number of instalments.
- Pay what you want, with a minimum and a suggested amount.
- The feature list shown on the tier, and whether it is marked as the popular choice.
Enter 0 for a free tier. Free offers still go through checkout, which is useful for lead magnets.
Checkout extras
- Testimonials and FAQs on the checkout page.
- Coupon codes for this offer. Customers see a "Have a coupon?" link at checkout.
- Order bumps: a small add-on offered at checkout.
- Upsell offer: a second offer shown after purchase.
- Checkout logo, whether to collect a billing address, and the access button text on the thank-you page.
After purchase
The buyer gets access straight away and a confirmation email, you are notified, and the contact is tagged as a customer. Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard.
Tips
- Price on value, not on the time it took to make.
- Start with one tier; add tiers when you know what people ask for.
- Preview the checkout on your phone before you share the link.
