Funnels: The Complete Reference

Updated 5 September 2026

A funnel is a set of connected pages with a goal: capture a lead, sell an offer, register for a webinar, take an application.

Where

Sell → Funnels. Browse Templates or New funnel.

Templates

Blank; Lead Magnet; Tripwire Sales; VSL Sales; Webinar Registration; Application; Product Launch; Waitlist / Coming Soon. Each template brings pages, an email series and automations. Preview a template before using it.

Pages

A funnel is built from page steps: landing or opt-in, video, sales, checkout, upsell, thank-you. Each step has a title and a slug. Edit each page in the builder with the same blocks as your website.

Emails

The Emails tab links an Email Series from Email Studio to the funnel, and lists the email automations the template set up. Edit the emails themselves in Email Studio.

Goals

Each funnel counts success as lead captured, sale completed, page viewed, application submitted or webinar registration.

Going live

Go Live runs a launch checklist and validates links and placeholders before the funnel is published. Statuses are Draft, Live and Paused.

Analytics

The funnel's Overview shows views, leads, conversions, revenue and conversion rate. Insights → Analytics → Funnel Conversions shows all funnels together.

Tracking

Settings → Integrations lets you attach Google Analytics, a Facebook Pixel or custom scripts to a funnel.

What converts

One goal per funnel, a headline about the visitor, a short form, proof near the form, and an email series that delivers before it sells.
