This Cookie Policy describes how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Gadura platform and our related websites (the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors interact with pages and features.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential cookies

Required for the Services to work: signing you in and keeping your session (on app.gadura.com and on creator sites this is the authentication cookie; on members.gadura.com it is gadura_member_session, which lasts 30 days), protecting against abuse, checkout, remembering where you are in a multi-step page (gadura_funnel_step and gadura_funnel_slug), and remembering the choice you make in a creator site's cookie banner (gadura_cookie_consent, kept in your browser's local storage). You cannot disable these through the banner because the Services do not work without them.

Preferences

Remember settings such as your light or dark theme (gadura_ssr_theme and the members area theme) so you do not have to choose them each time.

Attribution

Two first-party cookies record where a visit came from, so that the right person is credited, and nothing else. gadura_ref is set for 30 days when you arrive through a Gadura partner’s referral link, so that partner is credited if you become a customer. gadura_aff is set for 90 days when you arrive at a creator’s site through one of that creator’s affiliate links, so the creator can credit their affiliate. Neither is set until you accept the short notice shown on the page you arrive at; if you decline, nothing is stored. Neither is shared with advertising networks.

Analytics and performance

www.gadura.com sets no analytics cookies, so it shows no cookie banner. The Gadura product sets no analytics cookies either. Application errors are monitored by Sentry, which also records a small sample of sessions with all typed text masked; this uses your browser's session storage, not a cookie (see section 9 of our Privacy Policy).

Advertising

Gadura does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party advertising networks.

Third-party integrations

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies: Stripe at checkout, Mux for video playback, Google Fonts on some pages, and any embeds or integrations a Creator chooses to enable. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie practices.

3. Similar Technologies

We may also use local storage and similar technologies for the same purposes: to keep the Services working, remember preferences and protect security. Email sent through Gadura includes open and click tracking, so that creators can see engagement and so we can protect deliverability.

4. How Long Cookies Last

  • Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: remain for a set period or until you delete them.

5. How You Can Control Cookies

You have several options:

  • Use the cookie banner or preferences link (where available) to manage choices.
  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Opt-out tools provided by some third-party analytics or ad providers.

Blocking cookies may impact functionality of certain features, including log-in, checkout, and saved preferences.

6. Cookies Used by Creators

Creators using Gadura may add their own scripts, pixels, or cookies on their pages. Those tools are controlled by the Creator, and their use is governed by the Creator’s own privacy and cookie disclosures.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., via the banner or in-product notices).
