Welcome to Gadura. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gadura platform, including studios, courses, digital products, funnels, features, and related services (“Service”).

By creating an account or using Gadura in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who we are

Gadura is operated by Gadura LLC, a company registered in the United States and operating from the United Kingdom.

3. Eligibility

You may use Gadura only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can form a legally binding contract.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Your Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the security of your password.
• Not share your account with others.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Gadura (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Gadura platform to you and your customers.

You confirm that Your Content does not:

• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material.
• Include misleading claims or fraudulent activity.
• Exploit minors or contain sensitive personal data without consent.

6. Creator Responsibilities

If you use Gadura to host courses, products, or programs, you agree to:

• Communicate honestly with your customers.
• Provide the services you advertise.
• Handle customer data responsibly.
• Comply with all consumer, tax, privacy, and business laws in your region.

7. Student/Customer Data

When you upload or import customer or student information, you act as the Data Controller. Gadura acts as theData Processor.

We process your customer/student data only to:

• Deliver programs, products, or content you provide.
• Manage enrollment and access.
• Secure the platform.

8. Payments

Payments on Gadura are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Gadura does not store credit card numbers.

You are responsible for ensuring your pricing, taxes, and refunds comply with laws applicable to your location and customers.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Gadura to:

• Upload harmful or malicious content.
• Send spam or unauthorized messages.
• Conduct illegal or deceptive business activities.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform.
• Collect student data without consent.

10. Intellectual Property

Gadura owns all platform software, branding, design systems, and intellectual property. You may not copy or recreate the platform or its user experience.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep Gadura reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unexpected issues may temporarily affect availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraud or harmful behavior.
• Use the platform in a way that risks our infrastructure or users.

13. Disclaimers

Gadura is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, student outcomes, or income.

You use the platform at your own responsibility, including any financial, business, or reputational impact.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadura is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits.
• Business interruptions.
• Loss of data.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Gadura in the last 12 months.

15. Refunds

Refunds for Gadura subscription fees (if applicable) follow our published refund policy. Creators are fully responsible for refunding their own customers.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.
