5. Creator & student data

When creators upload or import customer/student information, Gadura acts as a Data Processor. Creators are the Data Controllers for their uploaded data. We never use creator-imported data for Gadura’s own marketing or analytics.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Gadura does not store credit card numbers or financial credentials.

7. Data storage & international transfers

Your data may be processed in the US, UK, EU, or other regions where secure cloud providers operate. All transfers use globally recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
